I dont know how the game warden is in your parts, but once I had some guys cutting my fence and hunting on my property. I made one simple call to the game warden. He keep his eye on my property and caught the treaspassers. He took them right to jail. I asked if I had to press charges and he said no because he caught them in the act and would take care of it. I have never had a problem scence.
