The Texas panhandle is a place that has Management lands that offer some great turkey hunting. Black kettle creek is one place that I can remember and the hunting presure was not bad at all. They offer a number of limited tags for an area and it is a great place to collect a Rio. I'm sure if you got a hold of the DNR and asked about this such area , they would have the info you need...BT
