ebay or archerytalk classifieds. I wouldn't hesitate to get one used, they don't break or wear out. Mine was used and I actually got it for $50 and it works excellent. I actually like it better than the bitz's we have at the shop but I think it is just because I spend more time on mine and have found a work around on getting even vane contact on skinny shafts by using a piece of paper as a shim at the top between the clamp and shaft.
