Through a series of unfortunate events for some people I know, I will be coming into possession of a Bushnell. They've upgraded and ended up with one too many. The function they wanted was one that would take into account being elevated. They went with Leupold's (i can't spell it and it's for sure my spell check won't have a clue). Has some fancy other stuff and goes down to 4 yards. The Bushnell only goes down to 25. A price in your range was mentioned. None of them have kids
