I would say to go back and try to look for her. It sounds like you might of got her right by the liver or a little further back. Sometimes they don't bleed very much and sometimes it just poors out. If you hit a little back past the liver you might just of hit muscle. Sometimes when a muscle is hit it doesn't bleed very much if any. If the weather is hot, the meat might not be good anymore. Just go out there and keep looking for her and if you can't find her after about 4 or 5 hours then you can stop looking because after looking that long you are probably not going to find her.
