Once again the USP gets a little information and makes a grand, but entirely faulty assumption from that data. It would almost belaughable except we waste so much time countering theirrhetoric and in the end a few people actually believe them. Oh well.

I guess not: per the PGC, general license sales are acutally down 9% as of the 31st of August, so your "rough snapshot" is 80% off (5% vs. 9%).
