I had the same problem. Brand new bow, peep rotating during the shot.
Start rotating by hand your peep before the shot. Shoot for a bit doing that. (another 100 shots or so) Soon you will find yourself no longer needing to adjust the peep. (that is if it is not 90 degrees or more out of sync) If 90 degrees or more, just have your pro shop turn you peep and repeat the steps above.
Strings don't stretch out after only 100 shots. (99% of the time)
