I don't know that it would matter which way your arrow spins if your right or left handed.
I've been told, and have read several articles, that it's best if your left handed, shoot LH Helical, the same as R. Handed, shoot R.Handed helical. hope this helps.
Mastevt, that is correct but only when your refering to traditional bows shooting off the shelf or any bow with a flipper or shelf type of rest where the fletch comes into contact with the rest or riser.

With a shoot through style rest or dropaway, it does not matter if your right or left handed shooting either right or left helical. The string moves forward the same on both bows, contacts the rest or not the same on left/right hand bows etc...

Right helical however is a good idea for both right and left hand shooters when shooting shoot throughs or dropaways only because it spins in the direction opposite of screw in points which keeps the tightened vs left helical could cause points to loosen...theoretically.
