In the vitals, no problem. Even on questionable hits like a shoulder, I would prefer a smaller diameter head that can penetratebetter than one with the same # of blades but a wider diameter. The only drawback would be on a paunch hit where a wider cut would probably cause quicker death by a more rapid onset of peritonitis.
