.35 rem. or .45-70
I am considering purchasing another rifle at the end of the season. Right now I am looking at the .35 Remington or .45-70. I am a big fan of big, heavy, slow moving bullets and the lever guns that these are chambered in (I already have a Winchester 94 in .30-30) and would like another (bigger) caliber. I mainly hunt whitetails, hogs, and maybe black bear. I know some of you have experience with these calibers and I would like to know what you think of each one. Pros and Cons. What's the recoil like? Accuracy? Trajectory? Any info and thoughts would help.
