Maybe it could be your scope. I had a simmons 2.5x10x50 which i tried on three diffrent rifles i own and all 3 shot like crap. I removed the scope and put on a diffrent on and they cut bullet holes. Each time i would put it on a rifle and shoot badly i blamed the rifle, come to find out it was the scope.
