yeah hot spot works pretty well and i made a homemade mineral lick to on the off season that was hit pretty hard did you dig a hole and pour like salt and different minerals into a pit and kinda cover it up again just wondering because thats what i did only problem is once the deers antlers stop growning and the does are weaning their fawns their need for mineral drops drasticley and they wont hit nearley as hard as they would in the off season but goodluck.
