Adjusting the sight vertically will have no effect on the horizontal position of the pins. I currently use a 3/16" peep and am able to center the whole ring, level and all in my peep. The level is on the small side. With the pins entering the sight picture form the bottom right (R-hand) it "IMO", obstructs the least amount of the target of any sight I have used.
