I will explain all .... soon.My goal was to get Mr. Towarnicki (Crazy Horse) to put up and show the Legislature that the USP has one iota of credibility or thatthe PGC doesn't -with regard to these wonderful claims that license buyers were leaving in droves (40%). I have a history of responding to their claims to set the record straight with our legislators and saw this as one more opportunity to correct their statements. BTW, every letter I've sent to the legislature correcting their "facts" has NEVER been countered or refuted. Hmmmm.
