I have owned 2 savage rifles and will never own another. I guess I just got two bad ones but that was enough to turn me away from them. One was chambered for 270 win and the other 7mm rem mag. Neither would hit the broad side of a barn! Plus the sloppy bolt and nasty safety left much to be desired.
