Thanks for the replies guys.

I usually use just dish detergent and water, but I like to experiment. Never learn anything new if I don't try something new.

For in-lines we keep a bucket of soapy water in the shop.Take a shotgun cleaning rod with the handle cut off andattach anylon 20ga brush. Install rod in a cordless drill. Place muzzle in water/soap, then from the breech run the brush in and out. Rinse with fresh water, then dry, lube, etc.
