Nope. Not if its legal and you did it humanely with a well placed shot. How is this any different than taking an animal in a fenced ingame farm? The size of the cage of pen doesn't matter. The animal still can't get away.I think you're confusing this with whether or not I consider it hunting, which I already stated in a clear manner that I do not.

I personally would never take an animal in this manner, but I won't criticize someone who does as long as they do it legally and humanely (looks like he may have done neither in this case).The problem I've stated I have with this whole situation is that he tried to pass it off as a "hunt," which it clearly was not.
