Not sure if there is babysitting available, but when my wife and I both shot, we requested "offset" shooting times, one very early, one in the afternoon and IBO was easy to work with on this.

anyway:

-mini-golf
- pool(s)
- lake with rental boats and beach
- ski lift rides
- mountain biking
- horse back riding
- bowhunter defense ranges (assuming they shoot, also these are VERY empty once the "real" tournament starts)
- euro-bungy
- skate board park/bike-cross park

In the evening toss in movies, animal shows etc.
