Default RE: Whitetail questions?

You got to ask yourself the question: When your neck gets thick, your tarsal glands turn black/blue and every young doe you see makes you walk on five legs...how far will you go to find, chase and have a doe turn her white tail up at you?...Yep, that's what I thought. You'll chase it into the next county, state or country...but prefer the doe next door. But, you won't think - instincts and hormones are in overdrive.

Whitetails are pretty much the same, they like hanging out at the same bars, trolling the same streets, eating at the same cafes and they like staying as close to home as possible.

After the rut, you'll be lucky to get that buck off his couch - I mean bedding area. He had a hot time out with the does and is just too tuckered out to venture far from home...and you'll play heck getting him out of the thickets except for a little food and water close to his bed.
