<BLOCKQUOTE id=quote<font size=1 face='Verdana, Arial, Helvetica' id=quote>quote:<hr height=1 noshade id=quote>Cajon in most areas 6-8 month old deer usualy do only have button's but in some cases they can have actual antler's I knew a deer breeder who had an 8 point 7 month old. <hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face='Verdana, Arial, Helvetica' size=2 id=quote>

Most fawns around here are born in the beginning of June. Antler growth usually starts in April. These fawns would have to start growing their antlers in the womb for that to be possible. Antler growth stops and they start shedding velvet about end of August to beginning of Sept. That would mean that a little 40 lb, 3 month old buck would have a fully grown 8 point rack. Impossible, unless the deer famer is treating with some kind of very strange hormone. I think this guy is pulling your leg.
