Default decoy

I was wondering if many people use a decoy when bowhunting? I would like to tell a quick story that I learned about using a Renzo decoy. An old timer talked me into getting one, and I was kind of skeptical about it, but I went ahead and bought one. It turned out to be a very good investment. He had told me to put it about 15yds. in front of my ladder stand at about a 45 degree angle away. I used a white rag for the tail and dipped it into tinks. He had told me that the buck would approach from the back side and kind of funnel in behind it. The funny part of the story is that every time the buck got in line with cardboard decoy he thought it was gone, so he would come back around and see it form the side. This went on for a while, then he met his match.Has anyone else used this decoy?
