I don't understand what this is going to accomplish? Are they doing this so that they can send the person a ticket if they leave it overnight? I would think that if you aren't going to follow the rule to not leave it overnight, you also aren't going to follow the rule about putting your name on it. Besides, when was the last time you ever saw a DNR agent walking the woods?
