RE: The Nuge's Latest
Tim4Trout, I see no redeeming qualities in "da nuge" at all, none.
I don't think he intends to promote anything but "da nuge," period.
I cannot begin to imagine him doing anything positive, but "subliminal."
He killed what he killed on that particular day because it was convenient and the camera was rolling. Nothing more, nothing less. It would nice to imagine that he might have better intentions and it is a testament to your good heart that you would hope to see that within that particular show, but alas, I've seen too much from this character to hold ANY faith in him anymore at all.
I've watched him take so many marginal shots over the years, I've seen his shots show poor penetration with regularity and I think his shot placement skills are, imo, among the lowest ever televised.
I won't even begin to address my opinion of the crudity he employs when venturing an idea that supposedly "represents" sportsman.
He will continue to succeed, but only because Americans have no bottom to the level of stupidity they will revisit out of curiosity and habit. If you can bang to soda cans together well enough that someone can snap their fingers to it, you can call it music and many will buy it. In this case, if he's holding a bow or a gun, he'll have a following.
Forgive me if you think I came on too strong, but reaching for positive subliminal messages from "da nuge" seems like a horribly impossible stretch to me.
