Yes. I use No. 242 "Loc-Tite" in the ferrules and in the insert.

Being it all comes down to the broadhead, I want it solid and I want to reduce possibility of blade(s) being knocked from its groove. A broken blade can still do some cutting.

As you can see in the pic, bone and tendons played havoc with one blade edge, but the blade stayed in the ferrule.
