24 yard, quartering to, ground shot.
Disassembled shoulder ligaments and tendons, tore through two ribs of right side, took out major right lung, punched through left rib cage, bh just beneath hide.
Buck took off but fell when leg collapsed while he was running at full blower. He fell so hard on his face,he broke his lower jaw loose. Got up, ran across the road and piled up, never to go again.
Distance: 300 yards in flat (harvested) bean field.

made a 30-yard shot, quartering away, down angle, shot from ground blind. Doe timely, but slightly, turned to right when he shot. Shaft went through outside muscle of right-rear thigh, slammed through the rear of left rib cage, took out liver, lung, heart, and partially exited her right side.
Shot was so devasting, the shaft opened her up and she partially dumped her entrails.
This is the head removed from the buck. I do "Loc-Tite" the blades.
