i have a hog trap set up 15 yards away from my corn feeder and have caught deer and hogs in it so i know for a fact that the trap isnt scaring them off. like camocop said deer will get used to things after a while, my grandpa left his dozer at the edge of his food plot and the deer wouldnt even pay attention to it after about a week. the only thing that is keeping the deer run off is the hogs, and the hogs wont keep them ran off for good if you have corn out. so i call BS!
