Does anyone know where I can find any information/documentation on studies where they have studied the effects of hog hunting on deer hunting. The reason I am asking is my father in law and I have a hog trap set in a bottom that is checked every day or every other. The president said that he has been getting complaints that by us having the trap back there that it is scaring all of the deer away. I call BS on this and I would like to proove it to him. We have seen deer back there even big bucks, there are deer tracks all over the place. We have to go by 1 deer stand to get to it and they are complaining about the traffic. We are doing this in the off season and we stop Sept 1. All that I have ever read or seen indicated that the hogs will run the deer off, not the proccess of removing the hogs. Any help, links, email addresses to people that may be able to help would be appreciated.
