I have one in a Ruger #1. The best I can get the gun to group is 1'' -11/2'' groups and that is on a good day.
If you call Ruger they will tell you...(if you push them) that their standard of accuracy for that rifle is 1 1/2" at 50 yards.....if you return it to them they'll just send it back.....it's within their standards.
.204 rifles normally shoot much better than that.......most bolt actions shoot well under an inch with at least one bullet weight.
