My complaints with Savage go back a long ways.....and their quality certainly was among the worst in the industry.....as late as the 1990s I personally witnessed Savage's amazing accuracy and extremely poor triggers and feeding troubles.

As I said....the accutrigger seems to be a major improvement.....good for them.....but am I to buy one every year just to see if they have improved? There comes a time when we cut and run.....

Same goes for Weatherby.....none of them here either!!!!! My bout with Charles Daly has been aired here as well.....none of them here either....

I've never had an issue with Marlin, Smith & Wesson, Howa, Taurus, Winchester, Remington, or Browning.......at least that was not remedied.

BTW....the score of folks that had a choice is now 74-0....so far not a single person picked the Savage to go hunting.....quite a statement I'd say!!!!!
