RE: Hoyt Razortec
2003 Razortec.
Nice review.(talked me into it) Received my new RazorTec late December.
Set it up with the Hoyt/NAP Quicktune 4000 rest and a trophy ridge matrix sight, with the short Hoyt stabilizer and the Hoyt 4 arrow permanent quiver. Looks and shoots great. Of course im a beginner and my judgement is overshadowed by my new found enthusiam for archery and nice equipment. Im shooting Easton ACC 339/440 arrows at 60lbs with a 27 inch draw weight,d-loop,peep, 65percent letoff cams 100 grain broadheads and according to my local pro shop speeds were measured at 268/269 fps during setup and tune. First time out i shot an 8pt white tailed buck at 35 yards and the arrow carried an additional 8 to 10 yds before lodging itself in the ground. Luv this bow. RC/Oklahoma
