Used to be they held field trials and you could shoot birds for dog training in the park. It was95/96 when I train my dogs there. The only huns I know of in CO are at Quail Run. You have to go north to find wild Huns. There are a few in WY, but SD, ND & MThave real populations.

Yep, that is what park rangers told me too, and that pheasant and partridges that live free in the park now are fromdog trainingstock.
There are couple more places arround denver that have partridges for hunting, not just QR. Thanks.
