Sorry but wasn't trying to insinuate anyone was bashing, just that I don't see the same numbers as others apparently say they do (not saying you don't have the problems either) and as Greg said it was brand bashing on AT. Loyalty wise I could care less, if there's a problem then these forums are a great place to figure/get a fix I feel. Is it possibly a pressing problem why your shop is seeing more problems?? I know this is one thing we decided right off to make sure we didn't get into trouble with and take more care there so hopefully that has helped us.
