Actually Chuck, if he was running a 85 hp, chances are you werent going much faster than 35- 40mph. Remember though, boats and outboards lose their value very fast. I picked up a spare 115 hp. 1985 for $450.

Gamblers are indeed very fast boats. A completely different level about triton and Ranger, but the tritons and rangers handle rough water much better. My boat of choice would be a nice Allison with a 225 Etec HO on the back
