Went to the market and seen a vacuumpack of pork brisket strips. Never seen that b4 at 98 cents a pound I almost grabbed it. I would just imagine you'd bbq itlike anything else low an slow. Do you use it for sandwiches or serve it like ribs or is it cooks choice
