Default RE: praire dog questions

thanks. i called my contact again last ngiht and he said it sounded good but i think i may put in a bit more ammo anyway. already got all my cleaning stuff in a big range box so tath will be sure to go. i was doing so looking and it says to get some camo material and coat hangers. you make kinda a canopy over yourself to shade the sun. the 2 223 was one of my grandpas ideas. he told me to bring most what i got cuz well i got it i might as well use it and for cooling and just changing it up a bit is the reason. in the last month or less i have shot pry half the guns on the list and im sure they will be fine but all theguys that are going are gonna have kinda a going away party. basicly were meeting at my uncles acrage to test shoot and make sure we have everything and then gonna grill some brats and have fun. figured it out today in study hall. there will be 5 guys 18 guns nad over 5,000 rounds ammo. should last pretty well. im really looking forward to the 204 and 17hmr. i shot a few squirels with it and imagin it wont be too much different but after looking at the damage a 204 does to a fox. i think the p-dog will be rather interesting. lol. well what power scope would be best. ive got 3-9-40 world class scopes on all but 3. my 243 has a tasco exp 3-9 and my 17hmr and 22mag have 3-9-32. should work shouldnt it. my grandpa only used to use fixed 6 powers. but his were old so we replaced them through the years. and its not really to easy to find a 6x. the rancher says the longest shots would pry be 300 but most would be 100-150. is my 3006 to much to bring just for fun. or would it be handy to throw into the mix? how would 1000 rounds 223 be? figuring me and if anyone else runs out or anything that also part of teh reasons for 2 223's.
