One thing I don't understand is when looking at different reloading books they list the 45-70 strong action loads ashaving a bit morevelocity and energyover the.450 Marlin.My question is how come?Is not the .450 Marlin suppose to be in between the45-70 and 458 Win power wise? Also what rifles are realy stong action.Some books lists the single shots of course but other just say moder actions designed to handle 35,000 CUP.Soboth the modern Marlin and Win 94 levers can handle this reqirment correct? Or am I wrong?
