Thats the problem with pellets. It could also be that the rifle likes a different type of bullet. But I agree with lonewolf5347. The first thing I would do is to go to loose powder. Then you will have to work with the rifle and the different bullets out there, and find the sweet load. You might want to look back through the different postings and see what combinations works in others identical type rifle. Good luck and happy shooting..
