Reels and retrievers are the way to go once you get into it.
The hand wound spool will drive you nuts after a while, but they are a great way to get into bowfishing cheap.

I have the same Fuzz Mount that Bowman does, and it bugs me because of the way it leans you're always fighting it with your wrist. You can't beat this kind of reel for speed of retrieval and foolow up shots.
