I've been talking to a couple of guys "up north" tonight, and they said they have seen much larger tracks. I am wondering if there is a difference in the size of their feet between here (MS) and there? This is, to me, a HUGE track. I have a boer goat that weighs around 300#, and I don't believe his hoofs are that big--gonna' look tomorrow though! Honestly, the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw the track was "somebody has a calf running loose", but there is no doubt in my mind that it was indeed a deer track. Thank goodness we still have until the end of the month to hunt! Wish me luck!
