Johnny I don't think the problem was with returning an item, it was the condition of the item andwithin lenient time frame. All companies have return conditions. They have to move returns at some price to keep from losing money and rusted rings with bad screw heads would not be an item that would resale very easily. Try your response to the SWFA forum site.
