OK I e-mailed the Ithaca company. I was calling Cabelas about 1 hour ago ordering when she read me the warning about steel shot in some barrels.So I canceled my order since it's an older gun. I did shoot a Winchester Magnum load today to see how it pattered at 30 yds. Only got 7 pellets in a 2 inch circle so I was interested in the Remington Hevi Loads.
