Try trimming the tape. If that doesn't work, position the call on yourtongue and lift it straight up. After that just blow hard on the call and try to get a high note. There needs to be perfect positioning between the roof and tongue. Also, you need adequate air from diaphragm. It can be tough, but it's possible. Just keep practicing!
