H-O is a "half out"..it sticks out about 1/2" but is the same diameter as the shaft..it's for strength at the tip on such a small diameter shaft...

Unibushings are pre-installed....

Generally, G-nocks and inserts/HO's are NOT included in the price of ACC's..however places like Bass Pro include them with the purchase..in that case, I beleive it is stated in the catalog whether the 3-49's come with an insert or HO since that is the only shaft that has that as an "option" (HO or standard Insert)

C=carbon...not reccomended....carbon inserts are not durable...
