RE: Trouble with T/C tech support.
i go to range and at times, i am only one with a flintlock.the pgc started this stupid early muzzleloader season to wipe deer out and the in-lines sales here exploded in pa.so, most got their deer before the regular muzzleloader season comes. i was out in flintlock season and only saw 2 hunters.in the EARLY muzzleloader season where you can use a in-line, i saw hundreds of hunters.you would not believe the number of in-lines sold last year and this year too.young kids look at me like i am some fossil from the dark ages with my shiny brass hawkins.they snicker and comment, does that old gun even shoot, ha.they dont care 1 bit about sport of hunting or having challenge of a flintlock.all you here is, boy, i cant wait to get my doe. anyway, i have good experience with t/c. i called them today on a barrel i sent in to be blued over month ago. they said they have not got to it yet.you think things are bad there, try calling BROWNING OR BERETTA.it will get you pissed real fast.do to reasons you all mentioned here and lack of workers today in all industrys, you are going to see more of this. i was on hold for 15 minutes with my gun shop today.they are so busy, its unreal. he said, sproul, i cant handle all phone calls.there used to be 3 people there ,now just him. unions used to make management hire more workers, now you dont have unions to put more people to work,so, they cut workersand double the work on ones that are left. something wil have to fail and it usually does in way of customer service.i see it getting a lot worst in future.
