RE: Trouble with T/C tech support.
Yes I know that but there is a market for well built American rifles that are at best good reproductions of early weapons and T/C sold many of those. I know they started as an investment casting company and then created the Contender and that put them into the shooting sports world but what made them big was their Hawken rifle.
When you look on the net and can't find a Sennica for under $400 you know there is a demand for these rifles. Perdisoli is doing just fine selling quality rifles so is Invest-arms. Why not T/C? How much bottom line do you need on product lines? The big three US car companies make full sized vans and how much market do they demand? Yet they keep building them competing against the other guys.
I bought my Crockett .32 made by Traditions for almost $300 because that's all I could find in my price range. I would have paid more for a T/C with the same style but they don't build them any more.
Bottom line it's their company and I hope they figure out how to keep customers it is no skin off my back if they go south because I have plenty of guns to keep me busy for the rest of my life.
