Mike, I am not bashing either as you can see very experienced people have been getting some bad information and for a company with such good products and warrantee we just expect better informed customer service reps.

Heck I own 6 T/C rifles and have bought 8 total and I sure am not down on the product.

What I really hoped for was someone from T/C would read this post and realize they need to fix their customer service department. As I posted earlier I have been in every building there. I have watched the investment casting being made filled broke and seeing the smallest of parts coming out basically ready to go. I have seen the barrels being made the final assembly of product.

The company is huge and they need to catch up on the customer service end.

Who ever is in charge of marketing needs to look into selling more traditions stuff as well I miss the rifles they use to sell.
