Default RE: Comments on Nosler Accubond and Barnes Triple Shock bullets

I have used both the 100 Gr and 115 Grain Nosler Balistic tips in my 25-06. The are very accurate and performed well on four Bug Mule deer last year. Three were shot with the 100 grain and one with the 115 grain. All were simular hits and I could really not see much if any difference between the two bullet weights. The 100 grainers were driven at 3050 fps and the 115 at 2976 fps. Chronographed. The cosest shot was 75 yards and the longest about 200-225 yards. I would like to try the 110 grain Accubond but have not found any in my area yet. However I could live with just the BT's for deer. Nothing really could have been more effective. IMO all were one shot kills Three droped in their tracks and one ran about 30 yards.
