Glad to hear it! I cooked this up for my parents a couple weeks ago, my dad and girlfriend had seconds and my mom at every bit that she had taken. They don't hunt, and have never had venison, at least in a long time, so I rate it a winner! Problem is I am gonna run out of venison too fast at this rate, next year I will have a second freezer so I can get 2 deer or more.
