Well after doing a little more research on scopes I have found many people like the swift scopes. Also last week I went to a local gunshop that sells them and found a nice 4-12x50mm for $180 and it has over the counter warranty which is a nice piece of mind. I looked through it along with the 6-24x50mm and they seem like they have great optics.

For coyote hunting would the 4-12x50mm be enough? I won't be varmint hunting because around here most of the prairie dogs have been poisoned out (sux for me). Another reason I may go with the 4-12 is it is lighter, shorter and no adjustable objective.
