RE: Arrow etiquette??
Hello
The deer don't care about the fletchings, its the broadhead that gives them concerns.
Seriously, This year I fletched my arrows using a reflective wrap purchased from Three Rivers Archery. My arrows will always have this wrap from here forward. I missed a shot at a nice buck one evening and my arrow sailed off into a standing cornfield. I couldn't find my arrow, so I waited until it got good and dark before leaving the area. I took my flashlight and walked into the field looking up and down the rows with the light. The arrow showed up like a beacon when the light hit the arrow.
I figure also if I ever shoot a deer and it exits carrying the arrow, itcould aidin finding the animal or show its route(if it falls out).
